We want to inform our clients of our plan to continue to require masks for entering our facility and to continue to do curbside check-in at this time. Even though the state-mandated indoor mask requirement may be changing, the veterinary community is still experiencing a critical staff shortage and the health of our staff is more important than ever. In order to maintain uninterrupted service for our clients, we must do what we can to protect our incredibly dedicated team. We will be following these guidelines:
• Masks are still required to enter our facility.
• Please call 503-280-2000 when you arrive for your appointment.
• There will be a limit to the number of people in the clinic at any given time to limit the duration of contact between clients in the reception area.
• Clients must report ANY COVID-like symptoms or known COVID exposure before entering the clinic.
We are completely dependent on having every member of our team staying well, so that we can provide the care our patients need. Your health is also important to us. We want to do our part to minimize the potential for the spread of disease that we know is possible even among the vaccinated population.
We are so grateful that we have been able to keep our doors open throughout the entire pandemic so far. Thank you for your patience, and please stay well!
