Thank you for your interest in our practice! We are now able to accept new clients on a very limited basis.

We wish to create the opportunity for our new clients to be well-informed and well matched to our practice prior to scheduling, so we ask that you carefully review the following information:

We are an integrative practice that offers a combination of conventional and alternative care, with special attention to chronic, long-standing illness and preventative care. In addition to exams, vaccinations, diagnostics, routine surgeries and dentistry, we also offer acupuncture, laser therapy, and chiropractic treatments. We have a full pharmacy of Chinese and Western herbs, nutraceutical supplements, pharmaceuticals, and homeopathic remedies. Your pet will receive a comprehensive evaluation during the initial visit, including a review of previous medical records. The treatment plan and recommendations will be tailored to specifically address your pet’s needs.

New client/patient appointments are a comprehensive exam and consultation time, are scheduled for 1 hour, and are $185, with additional charges for added services. Expect these appointments to schedule up to 4-6 weeks in advance.

We are open from 8:30am to 6pm Tuesday through Friday and from 8:30am to 1pm on Saturday. We make every effort to care for acute problems as they arise, but have limited availability for urgent care.

Please be aware that we do not offer in-house imaging services beyond dental x-ray. We have a relationship with local radiologists (at separate locations) for radiographs and ultrasound when indicated.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to schedule, and applies towards the cost of the first exam. The appointment can be rescheduled once, with a minimum of two business days notice, and the deposit will apply towards the next scheduled appointment. If the appointment is rescheduled with less than two business days notice, the deposit will be treated as a late cancellation fee.

Please be prepared to provide us with the names of veterinary facilities which have provided services to your pet within the last 3 years minimum.
